Shipping Within Canada
At this time, YOYORA ships to addresses within Canada only.
Available shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order weight, package size, and selected service.
Processing Time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days do not include weekends or statutory holidays. During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer.
Shipping Carriers and Tracking
We use reliable shipping carriers selected based on the destination, available service, and order requirements.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders of CAD 79 or more.
Free shipping applies only when the calculated standard shipping cost at checkout is CAD 18 or less. Orders with a shipping cost above CAD 18, including some remote, northern, oversized, or other high-cost destinations, are not eligible for free shipping. Available shipping options and charges will be shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. YOYORA is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, service disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
YOYORA is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@yoyora.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, for damaged orders, clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the situation and work with you on an appropriate solution.
