# Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your YOYORA order. Please read this policy before placing your order.

## Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return, please email us at hello@yoyora.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for our written return instructions before sending any item back.

## Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

* Unused, unopened where applicable, and in their original condition
* Returned with all original packaging, tags, and included items
* Clean, undamaged, and suitable for resale

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

## Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including for unwanted items, change-of-mind returns, incorrect selections, duplicate purchases, or items that are no longer needed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For returns from orders that received a free-shipping promotion, if the return causes the remaining merchandise subtotal to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the actual original shipping cost paid by YOYORA may be deducted from the refund.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service. YOYORA is not responsible for returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

## Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

* Final sale items
* Gift cards
* Personalized or custom-made items
* Items that have been used, opened, washed, damaged, altered, or cannot be resold
* Items returned without prior approval

## Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@yoyora.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or return instructions.

Do not return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item without contacting us first.

## Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method for the eligible returned item(s), less any applicable original shipping cost or promotional shipping adjustment described above.

Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

## Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, please email hello@yoyora.com as soon as possible.

Orders can only be cancelled or changed before they have been packed or shipped.
